Local attorney presents business seminar in Mexico
THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Joe Griffin, an attorney with The Strong Firm P.C., a business law firm in The Woodlands, recently presented at the "Seminario de Información para Nuevos y Futuros Residentes e Inversionistas" in Chihuahua, Mexico.
The Strong Firm was invited to present to a select group of foreign nationals interested in investing in and/or establishing businesses in Texas. During Griffin’s presentation entitled "Escogiendo la Estructura de la Entidad de su Negocio" (Choosing the Entity Structure for your Business), presenting in his fluent Spanish, he addressed the basic considerations of entity selection for foreign nationals and the advantages and disadvantages associated with these various entity choices in Texas. "This was a great opportunity to reach out to these individuals and businesses and help them better understand the legal issues involved as they consider investing in or creating a Texas entity so that they can make a more informed decision about the future direction of their businesses and more importantly, their families. It was a pleasure meeting these remarkable individuals and Chihuahua is a special place,” said Griffin.
